Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped from our facility in Dallas, TX via USPS Mail, unless specified during checkout. We allow 2-3 business days for fulfillment, and you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days from that point. It's important to note all timelines are estimations as we cannot predict any delays USPS has.  

All accurate International Shipping options are on the site at this time. We will be expanding our International Shipping offerings through the end of the year.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ACCURATE BEFORE CHECKOUT!

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, and do not contact us within 10 minutes of ordering, you are responsible for lost packages due to customer error in inputting shipping address.

All issues with shipping address after this period must go through USPS directly via your tracking number. Super Mex Golf is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Super Mex Golf is not liable for lost or stolen packages at the delivery address. ALL lost and stolen package claims must be filed through the shipping provider or your credit card provider.

All Returns + Exchanges must be processed through our Returns + Exchanges page.
